2002
Recording and resleasing of “CONQUERORS, CONQUEROS..DESTROYERS” Demo CD, 4 track of pure black metal stuff.
KERNUUN joined the horde as 2nd guitarist.

2003
OTARGOS started is long list of performances with bands as such as BELENOS, ENTHRONED, SETH, MALLEUS MALEFCICARUM ....
OTARGOS spawned “CODEX-666, INFERNAL LEGIONS STIKE” MCD and got a contract with DEADSUN RECORDS label.

2004
ARKHAMIAN is welcomed to replace LORD MYSTERIUM.
OTARGOS precise its musical style : raw, powerful and unholy black metal .

2005
OTARGOS recorded its first LP “TEN-EYED NEMESIS” @ CONKRETE STUDIO and got a contract with RUPTURE MUSIC (a division of SEVERAL BLEEDS RECORDS).
KERNUUN left the band not so long after. A talented young fan ASTAR8TH joined the band and quickly tooke place as guitrarist within OTARGOS.

2006
“CONQUERORS...” and “CODEX-666 ...” both sold out , are re-released together on the “ SPAWN FROM THE ABYSS” CD, this one contains some extra bonus materials .

2007
OTARGOS invaded again the CONKRETE STUDIO in early 2007 and recorded “KINETIC ZERO”, Exploring different musical horizons. a destructive sonic outburst plunging matter, time and space in total chaos.
OTARGOS precise more its concept and philosophy . DAGOTH mixed his love for cosmology and his vision about humanity facing religions. OTARGOS is leaving the classical concept of satanist black metal.
Also, ARKHAMIAN announced his departure from the band. RANKO (ARTEFACT) joined the OTARGOS horde

[quote]ENTHRONED was formed in 1993 by Cernunnos. He soon recruited guitarist Tsebaoth and later bassist/vocalist Sabathan. The band released a 5-track demo tape in mid 1994 which brought them to the attention of several independent labels. A 7” split EP with Ancient Rites was then released by the underground label Afterdark Records. After the label’s demise, Evil Omen Records (a sub-label of Osmose Productions) released ENTHRONED's first full-length release, Prophecies of Pagan Fire.

Shortly thereafter, the band enlisted second guitarist Nornagest. Eventually, Tseboath was replaced by Nebiros, a very extreme musician who not only brought new blood into the band, but also complemented Nornagest’s brutal and barbaric style. Since the release of their first demo, ENTHRONED has always nurtured their amazing live reputation. They have shared the stage with the likes of Marduk, Enslaved, Dark Funeral, Angelcorpse, and Emperor, to name but a few. In 1996, along with Ancient Rites and Bewitched, ENTHRONED began an extensive tour of Europe.

In April 1997, as ENTHRONED was to begin recording Towards the Skullthrone of Satan, Cernunnos took his life. Albeit a heavy blow for the remaining members, ENTHRONED forged ahead, recording the album with a session drummer in honor of Cernunnos. The blackened horde went on to perform at the Dragons Blaze festival with newly acquired drummer Namroth Blackthorn. The crowd’s response could not have been better.

In April 1998, the band toured the European continent with Dark Funeral and also released the MCD Regie Sathanas, an internationally acclaimed Black Metal masterpiece dedicated to their deceased comrade. Later that year, they toured again with labelmates Hecate Enthroned and Usurper.

At the close of 1998, the band entered Abyss Studios (Sweden) to give birth to The Apocalypse Manifesto. This third album was released in May 1999. No other title could better reflect the intensity of this satanic work, which dealt with the biblical concept of the Apocalypse as interpreted by a satanic perspective. ENTHRONED rounded off the 20th Century on tour with Marduk and continued to take European crowds by storm with several other live performances.

2000 was a busy year for ENTHRONED. The band parted ways with Nebiros and recruited Nerath Daemon as their new axeman, who then successfully passed his trial by fire on a German mini tour followed by several other European shows and the recording of Armoured Bestial Hell in the Real Sound Studio (Germany). This fourth album was released in April 2001. Unfortunately, the band was to endure another line-up change. Namroth Blackthorn was released from his duties and was replaced by Alsvid from the French Black Metal band Seth. ENTHRONED continued to play many live gigs in and around Europe, as well as in the US.

In early 2002, ENTHRONED signed to NAPALM RECORDS releasing their fifth full-length recording, Carnage in Worlds Beyond, later that year. In June 2003, ENTHRONED added Nguaroth (guitars) and Glaurung (drums) to their line-up and readied for a South American tour, as well as the release of their sixth and anxiously awaited album, XES Haereticum.

In 2005, Enthroned released their first official live album, Black Goat Ritual, recorded during their successful tour of Brazil. Yet after desecrating several stages and festivals, the band was once again forced to tackle a line-up change. ENTHRONED parted ways with longtime vocalist Sabathan, at which time Nornagest took over the vocal responsibilities, bass player Phorgath joined the band on bass.

In June 2007, ENTHRONED recorded their seventh and most accomplished album Tetra Karcist, seeing the return of old drummer Alsvid for the studio sessions. The album being recorded, Enthroned made a pact with Ahephaïm who joined the band on drums until the end of 2009.

At dawn of 2010, Enthroned is actually working with a new line-up on their future

In March 2007 this quartet from Sardinia, Italy, pleasantly surprised me with their self-titled debut album. The band followed the footsteps of fellow countrymen Doomsword and the epic, heroic heavy metal took the best of me. That album is still spinning around in my player regularly and alongside fantastic bands such as Doomsword, Holy martyr and of course the mighty Wotan, Icy Steel has belonged to the top of the Italian epic metal movement ever since.

It’s been three long years since the debut album, but in July the follow-up, ‘As The Gods Command’, was finally unleashed. I must honestly admit that I was eager to hear this album and my expectation were rather high. With full enthusiasm I pushed the album in my player and turned up the volume. From the very first thunder strike of the opening track, ‘Impetuos Fire’, I’m on full-focus mode and as soon as the guitars rip the speakers and singer/guitarist Stefano Galeano opens his throat, it’s a metal mayhem in casa di Nima! The track has that exact epic, heroic atmosphere and feel, which makes this band so special for me. Something that strikes me quickly is the fact that they have accelerated a bit in comparison with the debut. The following ‘The Persistence Of Your Time’ is again a fast track and reveals influences from the thrash. Although this also is a beautiful epic metal song, I find it a pity that they have made the choice of putting this instrumental track so early at the beginning of the album. The thrash influences are even more obvious on ‘The Holy Sun’ and especially the spirit of Metallica’s ‘Master Of Puppets’ is clearly audible in the guitar sound. Here and there Stefano also comes with a Hetfield approach, which to me makes it clear that this has been a conscious decision. Fortunately Icy Steel combines these influences with traditional metal tunes a la Maiden and their own sound, so that the track doesn’t fall out of tone.

From the fourth track, ‘Out Of Your Time’, the band again concentrates more on the epic, doomier approach. However, despite Stefano’s great vocal performance, I miss the magical atmosphere on this track. ‘Mjölnir’ on the other hand is a fantastic epic metal song, which would have fitted perfectly on the debut album and where the spirit of Manowar and along with that the later Bathory is again present. The following songs are each epic heavy metal diamonds and the gentlemen have again succeeded in creating a magical, dreamy atmosphere. But this time they experiment with thrashier tunes as well. I also must say that the beautiful, thirteen-minute title track truly rises above the rest. The acoustic, Bathory-like ‘There Was Once A Weeping Willow’ is a beautiful disclosure of the album and again it is Stefano who shines with his magnificent, sensitive vocal harmonies.

‘As The Gods Command’ has become a real Icy Steel record and contains all the elements that make this band what it is. Thanks to the experimenting with new influences and different approaches as mentioned before, it has not become an ‘Icy Steel’ part two and despite its total playing time of 73 minutes, the album doesn’t bore for a second. Whether they have outdone the debut album or not I’m not sure; both records have a different atmosphere and yes, I do prefer that of the debut. But the fact remains that fans of the genre can enrich the collection with this album.

Jordin Brianna Sparks (born December 22, 1989) is an American platinum-selling pop/R&B singer, songwriter, fashion designer, and plus-size model. She rose to fame as the winner of the sixth season of American Idol, which led to her reception of an American Music Award and Grammy nominations in 2008. She is one of the few American Idol winners to have major success on the Billboard Hot 100, alongside with Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood.
On August 17, 2007, it was announced Sparks had signed to 19 Recordings/Jive Records/Zomba Label Group, becoming the first Idol winner to join the label group. David Archuleta (Season 7, runner up) also joined the label group last May 2008, making them the only two Idol contestants who signed a contract with them. All past Idol winners and runners-up have signed with the RCA Label Group’s J (Fantasia, Ruben Studdard), Arista (Taylor Hicks) or RCA (Kelly Clarkson, Chris Daughtry, Clay Aiken, Katharine McPhee, and successor David Cook) labels, with the exception of Carrie Underwood who signed to Arista Nashville. Sparks has stated that she recorded some songs with Heath Thurman on drums for the album but the bulk of the recording would be done in Los Angeles after the tour is over. She said the album would be "Top 40, radio-friendly, uplifting stuff" hopefully mixing "the pop rock sound of inaugural Idol Kelly Clarkson with the R&B edge of Beyonce". Her debut album came out on November 20 and November 27, 2007.

The Ting Tings son un dúo de indie pop inglesa integrada por Jules de Martino (batería, bajista y teclista principalmente) y Katie White (voz y guitarra principalmente). El grupo se formó en 2004 en Islington Mill, Salford.
Hasta la fecha han grabado un álbum, We Started Nothing, y han lanzado cuatro sencillos en su sello discográfico actual Columbia Records, incluyendo el sencillo "That's Not My Name", que escaló directamente al primer puesto de la UK Singles Chart, el 18 de mayo de 2008. Al día siguiente, el 19 de mayo su debut We Started Nothing fue lanzado, y casi instantáneamente escaló el mismo chart, alcanzando el primer puesto el 25 de mayo. Esto los consolidó casi instanteamente como el acto británico más popular del momento, y para muchos medios y fanáticos como la banda revelación actual (en lo que al indie pop respecta). Formados en 1999 por iniciativa del productor Fredrik Nordström para dar salida
a sus propias ideas, Dream Evil han intentado hacerse un hueco dentro de los
clásicos parámetros del heavy metal. Su esfuerzo nos trae en esta ocasión In
The Night, un álbum construido en los fundamentos propios del estilo con la
particularidad de poseer ciertas características que le imprimen un atractivo
añadido, no en vano entre sus componentes encontramos gente experimentada y,
aunque la formación ha sufrido notables cambios, en este nuevo trabajo ofrecen
interesantes signos de consolidación.

Junto a Fredrik (guitarra rítmica y teclado), Niklas Isfeldt, realiza una
excelente labor vocal, con un registro sobrado de potencia que encaja
perfectamente en el contexto musical. Asimismo, Dannee Demon ejecuta una
consistente función solista a la guitarra, además de apoyar en las vibrantes
aportaciones armoniosas repartidas en canciones como la pegadiza “Immortal” o
“On The Wind”.

Una de las virtudes de Dream Evil es saber compaginar con eficacia los riffs
vigorosos y los ritmos cargados de energía con elementos de contagiosa melodía,
perceptible fácilmente en “In The Night”, “Bang Your Head” y, sobre todo, en
“See The Light”, de lo más accesible del disco, con un estribillo que engancha
con facilidad sin caer en lo empalagoso y un magnífico Niklas en la modulación
amparado en una estupenda función de las guitarras, sin olvidar el tema de
despedida, “The Unchosen One”, con partes orquestadas compartiendo protagonismo
con coros y guitarras.

“Electric”, con la poderosa presencia de un persistente riff; “Frosbite” y su
galopante dinámica guitarrera y “Kill, Burn, Be Evil” y su épica
desequilibrante, complementan perfectamente la puesta en escena de un grupo que
parece haber alcanzado un tangible estado de madurez.

Dream Evil, recogen el testigo de las bandas que forjaron el estilo, Judas
Priest, Iron Maiden, Saxon, Accept, etc, reactualizando sus perfiles con
inyecciones de modernidad y pequeños ingredientes diferenciales de cosecha
personal. Un disco emparentado con los esquemas clásicos pero con unos puntos
de singularidad que hacen pensar que el heavy metal puede seguir siendo
atractivo aportando ingenio y creatividad.
